Layout

Guides shade where the Instagram app itself covers your reel once it is posted: the top bar, the like and comment buttons down the right side, and the caption and music zone at the bottom. They sit on your preview only and are never in the recording.

Camera and mic

Your Sony camera shows up as a webcam once it is plugged in over USB and switched to its streaming mode. Your mic interface shows up as a microphone. Browser sound processing is switched off, so your voice stays yours.

Sound

A wide telephone band on your voice, present but never tinny. Zero is your clean voice.

A short tempo synced echo plus a touch of small room, kept low behind your voice.

Slide toward Vocal to sit on top of the track, or toward Music to tuck in.

Credit the original

Paste the Instagram post you are remixing and the creator handle. The app builds your credit block. It never downloads or scrapes anything from Instagram; the link is credit only.
